Training sessions are usually booked a couple of days in advance, so the above methods are usually best for quick questions. If you still feel a dedicated training session is best for you, feel free to book one below. There are no limits to how many training sessions you can book, however each session is limited to 30 minutes in duration.
How to prepare for your training session
After booking a training session with one of our Client Success Specialists, you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation with important details regarding your training session. It will also contain a link to access the training session.
A few minutes before your training session is about to start, you’ll need find this confirmation e-mail and click on the link, so do not delete the message from your inbox!
Also note that we are located in the eastern time zone, and all times indicated are in eastern time.
Medical Charting Training
This training session focuses exclusively on all issues related to medical charting or SOAP charting. It includes training on Basic Charting, PRO Charting, Smart Templates, Protocols, Smart Lists, Measurements, Prescriptions, IV Therapy, Injections, Acupuncture, etc.
This training session focuses on all areas of OutSmart with the exception of medical charting and SOAP charting. Features like scheduling, online booking, dispensary management, invoicing, document management, patient management, intake forms, and more are covered in this session.
